B. License Grants to Users:
All text posted by Users to the Service is sub-licensed by MegaKindle to other Users under a Creative Commons license. Image Content may be selected among various licenses under which MegaKindle may distribute and sublicense your image-based User Content.
Third-Party Content: YouTube Videos
Certain MegaKindle pages may contain third-party content in the form of embedded videos from YouTube. YouTube’s Terms of Service govern your use of these videos.
Mobile Software

General Provisions
